5ヶ月になったばかりの子どもがいるのですが、夜早く寝てくれなくて朝方4時頃まで起きています。早く寝たと思っても睡眠が浅くすぐに起きてしまいます・・・どうしたら夜早く寝て朝方までぐっすり寝てくれるようになるのでしょうか？いつになったら昼夜逆転が直るのかこの先不安です。
